Since its inception in 2010, The Test Kitchen has not been afraid to offer the unusual, to be daring in the quest to offer diners the very best that the team has to offer. Presenting a dedicated tasting menu is in keeping with that spirit. It is known for its innovative, creative cuisine and is driven by Luke Dale Roberts’s need to be constantly evolving. According to Luke ‘What we do is always a bit different. That is our constant. I need to move forward. Everything in my life has to always be about progression. And quality’.
